A Note From the Director
As many of you know by now, a California Court of Appeal recently decided that homeschooling is illegal in California unless the parent is a certified teacher. Home School Legal Defense Association currently requests your support for a petition to “depublish” the court’s opinion so that it will not become precedential and affect all California homeschooling families.
